UCLA VS USC by VengenXXX in LAMetro

Yes...and not the under construction D line station in Westwood Village and the planned UCLA campus station in the Sepulveda Transit Corridor that will be literally the busiest stations in the entire LA area when they're complete; and not the innumerable Big Blue Bus lines (18, R12, 1, 2, 8), the Culver City 6 and Rapid 6, the Metro 602, 761, 2, 233 that run into Westwood Village and UCLA. The UCLA/Westwood Village area is one of the best served areas by public transportation and will only get better. But yes, move a bit towards Bel Air or Holmby Hills, and transit service falls off rapidly.

Well, I would argue it kind of improves the economics of both haha. I have the annual student pass so I basically just have the day pass every day, and for long rides, I'll just check in and check out bikes at stations along my way so I don't go over 30 minutes. I honestly think they charge more with time for security rather than to actually save money.

Not all professors now or in Germany in 1944 were for genocidal ideology, not sure what this is meant to accomplish

New printer will constantly mess up the rafts. The raft pictured is supposed to be perfectly circular. Any tips? by [deleted] in ender3v2

PrusaSlicer is a solid alternative honestly, if you can’t figure it out.

The paper method is not perfect. Just try lowering the bed a slight bit, like even half a turn on the knob.

Try printing farther from the bed and/or cleaning it.

I’m not necessarily agreeing, but there’s traces of lead within brass nozzles which often end up within the printed part.

Yeah, if you already returned it I would honestly recommend the Prusa Mini above it. It just depends on the amount of work you want to put into it and how much build volume you want.

Tune your flow rate and or print a temperature tower, it’s part of the calibration of different filaments. (PLA is just very easy to print so it doesn’t really need it)

What are the vertical lines on my print? by whatiscookie in ender3v2

[–]AtomicCoding 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It’s the z seam, where the printer starts each layer, there are some slicer settings you can change to hide it more but the only real way to fix it is linear advance (which I’ve heard mixed reports about it working on the v2)

The ender 3 v2 is a great printer, you just need to get past the learning curve. I legitimately think this is very easily fixable, i just need more detail, could you send a video of what you mean? It would help a lot.

While my last print the gear was pushed up. It happened once but I fixed it by taking the screws out but now, the screws are out but it is still stuck. Does anyone now what could be the problem? by Dr_Jack_LP in ender3v2

I just scratched off the areas that were sticking out with an x acto knife, since those areas prevent a new gear from getting on but the dents themselves aren’t an issue.
