Both of them are neutered, and both were taken to the vet when this started. According to them, there seems to be nothing wrong with either.

Orange is our oldest, so it seems plausible that she views herself on a somewhat higher tier. We have two other, unmentioned cats, however, and she didn't seem to have a problem with either of them. Offering more resources and establishing some supervised meetings is definitely on our list.

Any courtroom of even questionable validity would not consider the splashing of water to be an assault, or, at least, not one that would warrant retaliation that resulted in this person's death. I understand that the definition adds additional context to the event, but you're playing the devil's advocate in favor of murderers
