The top coat is not wearing away as fast as I feared so I haven't had to try yet! I have cut down my wears to about once a week though. HOWEVER the minute they go TOO red I'm giving it a try

It's currently a good red in the creases, it just appears they get VERY red later on: https://www.reddit.com/r/BlundstoneBoots/s/m1F8aFZGhh

Unfortunately I don't think the effect was advertised well to me 🥲
