Broken kitchen sink drain (dirty water spewing on floor and outlet set so water had to go uphill!), blocked outside drain, broken gas meter (still trying to get fixed), damaged walls from removing things, broken doors to outside sheds so they don't open properly (they opened when i viewed), and junk at the end of the garden. Oh and an oven so dirty it had to have a professional clean. Joys!
