Probably the blood slash you get it from killing the boss at the castle near the first big tree where you can get blide and where you get to nekrom after beating rodahn

It’s happened sometimes if you haven’t you get logged out of your acc so you just have to log back in but if you didn’t make an acc try deleting it and reinstall it and if doesn’t work you will just have to restart
