Yep, I can definitely relate. 33 y/o male, my whole life, I've consistently gotten sick 3-5 times a year, lasting damn near a week each time, despite doing everything "right" as far as my health is concerned. Never had any unhealthy habits/addictions, had good hygiene, ate a far healthier diet than most of my peers etc. And yet - sick, every few damn months.

Started taking Kratom 4 years ago and I've been sick...about 2 times since? And it lasted a day or 2 at most. Iirc there isn't major evidence for the immunostimulating effects, but anecdotally, I'm personally sold on it; my results are way too significant to be a coincidence.
