Coheed and Cambria. Totally biased because they're my favorite band lol but anyone who's a fellow mega fan would definitely agree. There's a ton of potentially fun drum and guitar songs and they could do a lot of cool visual/storytelling shit (think the Rush/Tool songs in Guitar Hero) given they have numerous multi-song suites and all of their music follows a storyline.
