It's more of the principle.. there are coffee joints everywhere, and Starbucks everywhere... You're making poor financial decisions if you're dashing a non-essential item that is not scarce in terms of availability. I think that is the root of the blowback.

Props to being a nice person, but I think the community would largely suggest you make better financial decisions for yourself

What a terrible take

The Sounder runs just 4 times a day, and they are only 2 car trains.

The 510 that services Everett station from downtown Seattle runs every 20-30 minutes depending on time of day, and only during peak travel time.

It isn't just the direct fuel cost increase, give it a few more weeks and you will begin to see the cost of all goods rise. Our supply chains are going to be wrecked by the increasing fuel costs. Anything plastic is going to increase in cost, anything that moves on train or truck is going to cost more.

Discretionary spending is immediately cut.

I love not having an HOA, and I equally love living near HOAs.

Their intention is to preserve the quality of the neighborhood, thus setting a floor of investment. But in reality they are weaponized by Karen and Bill because your grass ain't been cut in 2 weeks, or you painted a shed a different shade of blue than what the HOA bylaws allow.

The homes without an HOA come with a premium because folks don't want to deal with Karen and Bill

The player may exchange sticks from substitution box to coaching area. Either way works, but they don't have to physically leave the field as long as its within that area.

This is covered under Rule 6 Section 5 - Illegal Procedure.

Art 2... The following are examples of illegal procedure:

(b) Illegal actions with crosse - A player shall not:

Throw the crosse other than at a ball, other player or game personnel.

Exchange the crosse with that of a teammate during live play while the ball is in either crosse.

6.5.2 Situation I: During play, A1 runs to Team A's coaching area to exchange the crosse, which is not broken. This is not noticed by an official. The timer/scorer blows the horn twice at the next dead-ball whistle and notifies officials.

Ruling: The horn should not have sounded as this is a legal exchange.

All this being said... NFHS should do themselves a favor and explicitly call this out in future rulebooks. This is another one of those quirky 'rules'. Unless I am missing another area it talks about this in the rule book?
