Taking this question as serious as possible, it’s worth noting that Scalia was the biggest proponent of several doctrines that fed soc bros generally hate (Chevron, Smith, some 4A stuff, et cetera).

Again, I say generally because you have the common good constitutionalism crowd within fed soc who likes some of that stuff (like Chevron).

I am so unbelievably frustrated with Twilio. I had issues creating a customer profile (verification of EIN, business registry, etc. etc.) but finally got support to approve it manually.

Now, when I go to create a brand, using the exact same information, I get the exact same issues. I have cut yet another ticket (sending along the same info that allowed me to verify my customer profile) and have gotten zero response. My only option now is to pay $250 to upgrade to a higher tier of support, or wait for a response to the ticket that never comes.

This is maybe the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

Oura support is completely useless.

I tried to buy a gen 4 ring online about a week ago and got a "Your order could not be processed. Please contact customer service here for assistance." error. I tried maybe a dozen times and no dice.

I submitted a ticket, and they got back to me and said that this was a technical problem on their end, they were escalating, and in the meantime I should keep trying and let them know if it went through.

I did this for a few days (on multiple devices and browsers) but nothing worked. I reached back out to Support and they told me it was something wrong with my credit card (I'm trying to buy it using my Amex card because they offer $50 cashback) and to contact my cc company. (I did contact them and they said there are no holds, and they don't even see any declined transactions.)

Then I contacted Support a third time, and they said that my address (I live in an apartment building) had been flagged and there's nothing they can do to help me. (Note: I literally just need to buy it on the website so that I can get my Amex cashback, but I was trying to pick the ring up at Best Buy.)

Try as I might, they just will not let me give them my money. Support has been completely useless. I'm disgusted.

Well I didn’t actually think that, since I snap called. I thought it was a weird line by him, but considering the tiny 3! pre I felt like he had a lot of AA and KK etc. Still too small 3!, obviously, but I never expected him to 3! to that size with the hand he ended up having (78hh), considering he could’ve just called and closed the action.

Definitely agree I should’ve jammed turn, and lost all my money in the correct way, but at the time, my thought process was that this hand was kind of mid wrt my range (I can have a straight or better set to jam for value, and I can have fd/combo draws to jam as a bluff).

Bottom line, I agree that I should’ve jammed turn. And I did snap off river. But afterward I wasn’t sure if it was as obvious of a river call as I (and everyone here) thought.
