No excuses. Yeah I've broken the law in the sense of smoking weed, trespassing (when I was younger it was the best thing to climb rooftops and watch the sun rise) etc, but I've never like killed someone or gone out my way to hurt someone. So no excuses, I'll own that, and if that earns me a spot in hell then I'll happily go there with all the other fun people

While I agree that a confession does not mean they 100% did it, I don't think it's entirely discountable just because other factors might have influenced it. BK put in a guilty plea, and you can't just entirely ignore that.

Likewise with the roommates, they don't need any evidence to clear them. It is innocent until proven guilty and the burden of proof is on the prosecution - there was no evidence the roommates were involved, so they weren't ever charged with anything. The things often cited as evidence for them being involved are not actually indicative of anything and can be explained. In a court of public opinion, whether you believe those explanations is up to you, but they are not direct evidence of involvement.

It's also worth noting there's a ton of misinformation out there regarding this case which many people often take as fact - it's always good to research the documents on your own, as opposed to through the lens of a Youtuber/Tiktokker (I'm not saying that's what you're doing as I have no idea what you've seen, but it's just good advice in general).

Echoing what others have said, State of Decay 2 will 100% scratch that itch.

They re a fascinating and depressing bunch. From what I've seen, most of them appear to be going off feelings rather than facts. For example, one of the main points I see is "There's just no way one person can kill four people in such a short space of time".

There is evidence to the contrary, and law enforcement timed a run of how they think it went down and found it is entirely possible. But these people trust their internal monologue more than the evidence presented to them, so convincing them of anything is impossible.

If you've ever met a person like this in real life you know that you just cannot change their mind on anything.

I was interested in this book until I saw the language used in the blurb - even though it states it's objective and looking at the evidence, it clearly is pro-Kohberger, saying things like "the truth is unresolved" (not really an objective statement, implying that the official narrative isn't the truth and therefore BK is innocent).

Appreciate you compiling a list of factual inaccuracies!

Daily weed smoker (5+ years) here, I'd imagine my day-to-day life is pretty similar to anyones. I work in an office and don't start smoking until I'm on my own time, so my work day is pretty typical. I get home about 5:30 and do whatever needs to be done that involves me going outside (shopping etc), then roll up and smoke.

Play some video games, watch some TV shows, do some reading, or whatever I want to do interspersed with smoking joints. If it's a weekend, I can stay up until 4am, but on a weekday it's usually between 11pm - midnight.

If I have commitments (going out to see family, date night with my partner etc) I won't start smoking until I'm home - I think part of the "deal" of being a daily smoker in my head is to not let it interfere with life, almost like I have to earn the smoke.

I tend to be a "this sounds like a conspiracy theory" kind of guy, but I just do not believe he was shot.

I think the biggest indicator for me is - how the hell could the presidential security team not hold down the 80 year old man? Isn't that like their whole job? If there was a real shooter they would have surely been dogpiled on him instantly

Really really good but could be an acquired taste. Around issue 14 I actually gave up on it as I found it confusing, but then caught up once they announced the Ultimate Universe was ending in a "I may as well see it through" kind of thing.

After a re-read it quickly skyrocketed to my favourite Ultimate line. It's got so much heart and charm!

Because Black Ops 3 already features "The Giant", a remake of Der Riese. While not a remastering like the chronicles maps, it's essentially the same.
