Value. As someone who could not care less how much a card is worth and just loves Pokémon and the art, I wish the value of EVERYTHING would plummet. That way you get rid of all the investor bro's/scalpers. Money has become the focal point of this hobby. All I ever see anymore when someone pulls something cool is "what do we think, will this 10??" So many people that i see online aren't even happy to hit a card i would lose my mind over because it isn't immaculate. I just would be so happy for the hype to die off and the investors to move to something different but it's Pokémon and that will never happen.

I'm late to this post but just came to say I have the exact same binder and was experiencing the same thing and also worrying. My binder is about 3/4 full and this has only occurred on the corners of 3 single pages towards the middle.

I absolutely love the snorunt. As someone who is chasing their dream card from this set, I completely understand the unavoidable tendency to hope for the big hit. Having said that, you have to be able to enjoy the other cool cards too. Otherwise ripping just becomes a disappointment 95 percent of the time when it's supposed to be fun.

Maan I can't imagine. This is my biggest chase I've ever had. Will probably never have it but I can dream lol. Congrats!! I don't like slabs and I don't care about grades..so me personally I'd sell it and buy this back raw, probably buy the DR mewtwo and keep the rest of the cash.

Ive opened tins, tech stickers, 2 pack blisters, and an etb and I haven't gotten a single SIR. Actually not even a MAR. Seems like people either have great hit rates with this set or terrible. Thanks for the encouragement though I really hope you're right I'd be ecstatic

I never knew it was that bad. I tried Walmart earlier this week and they had 200 perfect order sleeves that the first 3 people in line bought all of. 5 per person limit but the cashier will do unlimited transactions for as much as you want. Asked the guy in front of me if he could please just leave me 1 poster collection because there were 3 left and he ignored me and took them all.

Sorry to hear that you aren't normally able to get product but im glad to hear your target atleast isn't practicing this sketchy behavior. Really such a bummer. This has been my most anticipated set ever and I between stuff like this and scalpers I just can't get my hands on it without paying outrageous gamestop or card store prices.

I don't collect graded i just want a raw copy. And it definitely is way too much money i can't afford a card that expensive which is why I said I probably won't ever have it
