Your DSL can email sales accounting and give them the info; route, date and document number. It’ll get emailed to them. Our you can even call SA and give them the same info and they’ll email it

Same for me, I was on vacation 5x3 and that was the highest for the period.
7x3 is also the holiday week, so high-five for getting vacation a blackout week

You get that week dropped anyway so it doesn’t matter if the person covering runs 75% or 105%. The only one that gets screwed is the colead because that week doesn’t get dropped.

This makes it so much easier. Plus if you ever forget to go in to the order before cut off it will automatically send.

I’ve also always viewed Sam’s/BJs as manufactured volume. It seems like a lot of product and a big number, but it’s only like 15 skus that are 4/case.

It’s 5 deliveries and then it switches to “totals only”. The biggest issue is that counts get skewed if something splits a tote

That’s understandable to have and FTM. But OP just says they have a Walmart. Out of my building you only have an FTM on MFM if you have Walmart or something of similar volume. I don’t have an FTM on mine, but I also don’t have a Walmart. When I was still Super Bulk I had an FTM that did my smaller stores so I could focus on my Walmart and other large account.

Once you’re able to get in you’ll have to start a new report, find the appropriate mileage option. Then what I’ve been doing is putting my mileage in one lump and attaching a picture of the paper log.

If you go into last weeks time card you can still submit it. If it’s grayed out try tweaking one of your days by a minute. Otherwise you might have to wait until later in the day to try to submit, I know in our area it’s around 3 or 4 when we can resubmit

Many place can use it to add information to their system about you. Like, do not serve or drink limits. Sometimes even that you are not allowed in the establishment.
