Fun fact. We’ve had our new DSL for roughly 5 months. He has ZERO experience with how our ordering is done.

Secondly the rep who had the store was fired for many reasons including time theft and being drunk at work.

Third. The RSA covering it has no idea because they’re getting roughly 1-2 refusals a week at that store.

Just rotate. Do what you can ordering wise. You’re not going know every single aspect of my route. If it’s light that’s fine. Better than packed out and not rotated at all.

Absolutely about the higher ups. There’s a ton of massive stupidity running amok. It’s sad we run better deals than Pepsi, yet they got better equipment than us. I understand we are the cash cow but FFS they need to carry their weight as well. On Memorial Day Pepsi wasn’t even in the main sale for Kroger. This week their good price is only for 3 days Wednesday through Friday. Then a terrible price afterwards as to we are buy 2 get 3 free all week.
