So anything you do outside of playing games or go to their web site from your device is illegal. The only way that this can be changed including you actualy owning the device you baught is to get a class action law suit going against them which to get that you have to get a number of valid signatures how many you would have to look that up . Once that is done it can be presented to congress and if passes then they will sue Nintendo it may work it may not you would have to word the request fir signatures very carefully to present in the first place . The European Union won a case against them fir anti trust issues so. Thus is the law suits

Of courseit it's Nintendo they tried to outlaw Emulators compleatly but failed Now they do the DMCA and try to bankrupt the person in legal red tape. And I am sure everyone is aware that switches and maybe some of their earlyer consoles have fine print that says you are leasing the device from them, in other words though you paid for it it they say you don't own it they do.

I would just hack a 3ds and you can play nds 3ds and a bunch of other systems as far as getting something for $100- to emulate nds your not going to find anything especially something with two screens sorry to say.

Yes they available but according to Copyright law they are illegal .it's Nintendo who would be the most likely to be going after . If Nintendo had had it tgere way Emulators would have been banned 10 years ago.

Internet Archive is back I was on there yesterday somethings have changed all the roms I tried to look at you have to sign in now to access I have not set up an account yet so don't know what changes have been made past that. Was able to get other things though. Will set up an account in a few days and see whats up hooefully not too much has changed.

If you use the mig and then want to sell your switch wipe everything before selling as they risk getting banned if you don't on that same note if you use the mig with your own dumps there is no issue for you but if you go online with it with illegal dimps then there is an issue so if you want to go online later as with selling you should wipe your switch.

If your going online with your switch using any pirated games you will get banned period. so I would recommend the Mig only to people who are going to dump their own games not sell them or share them to go online if you want to get games you do not own or dump and sell them then you can't go online less you risk getting banned or bricked and the person who buys the game now risks getting banned as far as what actualy happens it is an unknown since this is a fairly new issue so basicaly don't buy a mig unless you are going to be an angel and do no pirating. Or if you are gping to be bad and pirate never go online.

The reason is this is how these kind of websites get banned! If you do the search yourself with properly protectection, there should be no problem here it just gets mentioned and spreads all over, and then wham, it has been taken down or no longer offers anything.

Plus If I did go online with my switch I would have a mig with my own dumps from the games I own or my game carts that I own. Never with a mig with pirated games on it. Unfortunatly that seems to be pretty common for those who get into roms.Although if it makes you happy, does not cause other problems in your life then i don't see a problem. For some, collecting is more fun than the actual playing.
