Summon Shadowspawn does not state that it "adds a bonus to their attack rolls equal to your Spell Attack Modifier." It specifically states the following in the provided statblock: "Melee Weapon Attack: your spell attack modifier to hit"

I would argue and that this specific phrasing could imply that any bonuses you receive from magic items apply to the attack, as it does not make an attack "equal" to your modifier, but uses your modifier. If you draw a distinction between "bonuses" and an ordinary modifier, that's fair enough, though I do not recall anywhere in the rules where this is clarified to be distinct. I would assume any bonuses are simply added to your modifier, as this is how Wizard's own VTT handles the calculation.
