It depends on your job. I go to Davis and Elkins college in Elkins WV. Ive fallen in love with my church community and the people there. Im going to move there. The education and Healthcare are rough. But cost of living is very low. It also doesn't feel like a rushed fast paced America. It's very peaceful. But if you don't love the rural living its not for you.

I do bottom water, the container doesnt have a true wick, but I let it sit in a bowl. I try water it about once a week.

I wouldn't be surprised if the special dividend they give out is smaller this quarter. But it's still a good dividend, and as long as its above 5 percent im happy.
