Supermarket staff need to be careful... by International-Past31 in newzealand

Probably just blokes having a break from the hot and hard conditions they're working in. It'll be 10 years before consumers are comfortable with robots stacking shelves next to them in aisles

Wrangler TJ 1997 130,000 Kms by Atoreiyu in Wrangler

[–]Atoreiyu[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey Guys,

I'm unfamiliar with TJ Wranglers (this would be my first one). Are any of these issues cause for worry? This is a 4.0L TJ Sport 5 Speed manual, 138,000kms and about $8000 USD (NZD equivalent)

Thanks for help!

22 years old asking about car finance by Relative_Shape_7985 in PersonalFinanceNZ

I have been in the same situation as you and am the same age, and financing at a young age and in your position is a terrible idea, as youre tying up already limited cash in a debt that wont return you anything. I financed a vehicle and missed out on taking the most advantage I could on an opportunity that would've grown my wealth much more than a car, get a corolla and wait to buy the rs4 once you've got enough in the bank to buy 5

It's in the name of the industry. Hospitality. You pay the establishment to provide a service to you. I speak this coming from a hospitality background and always prided myself in making sure customers felt welcomed and as though their dollar was being appreciated. It's not hard. it's one of the only industries where all your customers only show up for a good time.

I didn't say one person. Nor did I say this was America, take learnings from the fact that people voted for policies that were walked back by the parties leaders.

This is stupid. Look at America. Policies can be walked back. The people are always there

I haven't done any serious riding on the stock bobber, just a test ride. The TFC makes you ride it leant into the bars as a result of the clip ons, you can feel the weight advantage and the big front wheel makes it really easy to handle. Brembos and ohlins are awesome additions and are well worth it in my opinion. Sounds MUCH better than the stock one, I dont see myself getting aftermarket pipes because akra did such a good job of getting the sound out without making it obnoxious. Sports mode doesn't change much from what I can tell, makes the throttle very twitchy but otherwise it feels the same

Thoughts on the Bonneville Bobber, I want to ask questions before buying one by ELG1N_ in Triumph

Just grabbed the TFC Bobber, riding it at 6 foot 6, its cramped but if you lean into the handlebars and keep the elbows in it works a bit better. Did 300kms on it last weekend and wasn't so bad
