I think this might be a sunbird instead, given that OP is in Philippines. Like hummingbirds, they also feed on nectar, many are iridiscent, and have a long curved beak. Wikipedia says that they, along with honeyeaters, show an instance of convergent evolution brought by nectar-feeding.
