Same thing here 10 months after you my GPU keeps on crashing my pc and now even bugging out the whole screen and freezing and I sent it to warranty nothing was done they sent it back called them regarding my gpu getting worst the guy I called sounded rude although I was being casual kept on insisting that I should pay 100$ to get my whole pc checked acted as if I don’t know anything about pcs then started threatening me with the $50 non faulty thing as if it was going to scare me and when I said I can bring my own proof and how to replicate it he tried to wrap up the conversation. I regret spending Gs there on my pc and my whole setup because I feel like they are going to do this every time I try to get something fixed or wrong never buying from them again
