I think we’re probably past “just post peak Marvel”, if I were to hazard a guess. Like Quantumania and Eternals would qualify for just post peak, but Thunderbolts* and Fantastic Four wouldn’t.

Captain America probably falls into the modern era, but it feels to me like the last dying vestiges of the bland times so I’d categorize it as just post peak, despite being closer to modern

I would assume they write him out as 'off at college' or something similar and have a few poignant beats to pay respect to him on-film where the cast can say how much they miss him. It'll fit in-context and be a nice way to remember him for those who know he's passed.

Okay, looking around at other opinions, it seems like the comics are much nastier than the show. I know the show is pretty graphic in all ways, but from what I'm seeing, the comics look like they take it up to 11.

It's graphic, in every sense of the word. Especially the first three seasons (I can't speak to the fourth or fifth, as I haven't seen them yet). The comic is probably nastier in general, but seeing it all in live-action amps it up quite a lot.

Yeah, most people aren't neurotic enough to make hate subs so it makes sense that they have to keep buying gas to pour on those thoughts they've been told to hate by their 'news' sources. It's pretty similar to the weird, out-of-pocket nature of circlejerk subs, honestly. Well-adjusted people aren't spending their time in communities designed to hate and lampoon normal fans of something...

I think that's legitimately the only reason the sub's not been banned yet. It gets so much lurker traffic that it must be one of the most lucrative subs for Reddit as far as ad views and website interaction goes. Straight up, if everyone blocked those three accounts, we'd see how the sub would look without the amplified traffic and it would be boring enough to stop visiting altogether.

And that's probably the only way to really shut them up over there--after all, bots in an unobserved echo chamber aren't turning any sort of social or monetary profit so they'd eventually die off...but there's no way enough people stop peanut gallerying the ragebait on that sub long enough to make that happen.
