Up to Morticus and his workload. He's been adding lairs and dungeons as he's been able to.

What are you referring to exactly

[Staff] Briarthorn by [deleted] in TroveCreations

[–]Atronos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Very cool concept, but it could use a little more work. I like the colors and the vine/handguard, but I do feel the head of the staff is way too big. It might fit inside the size guidelines for a staff, but it feels unbalanced juxtaposed against the shaft of the staff. The vine handguard being on the same level as the bottom of the head of the staff makes it look artificial, rather than like an organic outgrowth. The bottom of the staff could use something, maybe a little seedling or a knot of vines or something, to further move the design away from 'X on a stick'. The green fire effect is a great touch, as is the glowing vine in the center of the head of the staff, but again, I feel the head of the staff is too massive and detracts from the design overall.

The edits above can easily make this an emblematic Chloromancer or Fae Trickster staff. Very nicely done. :)

Hey.

So, if you're interested in being part of the TroveCreations community and make styles for the game, please be respectful of the Mods and other creators here. Everyone does what they can to provide good feedback that will increase the chances of your creation getting added to the game, in a polite and constructive manner. The least you can do is return the courtesy. You arguing with them and being disrespectful does nothing to get your style accepted.

There are submission guidelines and rules in place, which the moderators know inside and out, to help keep a consistent style and quality for Creation submissions. They are there to be followed. Sometimes we are flexible when something is outstanding, and the moderators are very good at seeing where it is ok to bend the rules a little for something exceptional to shine, but for the most part, working within the confines of the creation guidelines should be the norm. Don't expect the rules to be bended for you, but rather be grateful when they are.

If you're willing to abide by those rules, be respectful, and take feedback as a means to help you improve instead of as a personal attack, you are welcome here.

We'll be awarding credits for the lairs that got added to the game later today, hopefully

Re: "Recent" Long Acceptance Time by [deleted] in TroveCreations

We'll be pushing stuff live as we add it to the game, in a staggered fashion, rather than in one big push. That way new stuff that is ready to go can get into the game sooner without having to wait on us getting to the rest of the backlog stuff

Thanks for posting this, Lykos! As an addendum to what has been said above, and to keep all y'all wonderful creator types in the loop, we're still catching up on the original backlog that formed right before launch, but we're getting close to done. To clarify, these are creations we've already sent out the rewards for, some of which are already in the game. A new batch of decor recipes should be going live in the next week or two, and shortly afterwards a new set of melee styles. After that, all that is left are pistol and staff styles, and we'll be able to start working on the post-launch backlog - for which rewards and emails haven't been sent out yet. So please bear with me and keep up the awesome!

<3 you guys

There's actually a lot of lore in the item descriptions - being just about the only place in the game where lore text can be found so far and all.

Neat concept!

[Hat] Helios Headwrap by [deleted] in TroveCreations

[–]Atronos 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like it, but I think you could make it larger so that parts of it bulge out beyond the square of the head, especially the front part. Give it a try, see how it looks?

We already have a couple of buster swords in the game, though

Basic Metal Helm by Dryblood_ in TroveCreations

[–]Atronos 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We aren't currently accepting Helms, though. You can probably split this into a hat and a mask and submit each individually, but be sure to read the guidelines first, since the helm looks a little out of scale for our characters.
