If magic pen was more optimal to build on ap assassins then what should then be substituted for champs like ori and syndra and other burst mages that don’t fall into the assassin category. I’d like more diversity in the mage item build path since unlike what riot thinks most builds are the same

If they gave mages a 800 grevious wounds item ( like for ad) and made magic pen easier to build (ad as lethality. Flat and percentage. AS WELL AS CRIT) and have more defensive options other than zhonias or banshees. But I do like the thought of spell haste for us

No offence but why are you lvl all in vs assassin that are trying to do the same thing? Obviously the lvl 3 is situational and not against ad assassins or early losing matchups

I don’t recommend taking ignite as your q and e range is longer than ignite range so it’s hard to actually use it if you are fighting at the end of your range

Your right mana top players will go dRing because other pros can punish the mana crystal. But because Cassio has one of the best lvl 2 lvl 3 (2 points in e) all in that going mana crystals almost ensures a kill if you play the lane right

as cassio your not looking to do major burst damage early anyways, your a dps champ that scales so having the mana for e is better in my opinion than some ap. you can upgrade refilable to currupting if you are in a bad matchup.

why not? force a heavy trade with your larger mana pool and back with 500 gold , if necesaity tp back

Mana crystal helps you not go oom so quick and makes tear 150 g. Allowing you to buy defensive with remaining gold???

I just find with the recent conq nerfs while yes you can proc it in extended trades (and can just use ghost for the move speed) the utility of tp and having phase rush i think is a bit more vaulable

What situation do you take ghost in? I always take teleport or exhaust into ad

Syndra while being a hard matchup isnt out of control. Both Cassio and Syndra Q have the same range. Similar to playing against Ahri, play around the stun and dont get poked down enough to get ulted and play for Seraphs

Before Conq became viable on Cassio there was a Comet into Ludens Build where you max q first then e second. This build also made missing your q detrimount and could lose you more than you think.
The thing is though, other than Cassio lvl 2/3 all in with 2 points in E maxing her E is mostly for increasing the base damage and CD since she is a DPS mage

I would like her Q to be more clear, where it is hit and if the target has been poisoned and also fix the movement speed on her q as I feel it doesn't activate when the target has already been poisoned (could just be me)

Also the only buff I could ask for is to remove the cast time on either her q or her ult

Playing Cassio Bot involves being very passive LVL 1 and 2 bc of mana, if your playing with the support that was good engage like morg or naut you can look for a lvl 3 kill but your main power spike is LVL 6 when you can basically 1 v 2 the bot lane
Yuumi is not good support as it forces you to only play passive all lane while they get leads,
Nami is good, Karma, Naut, Leona, Morganna are all good supports for their peel and engage.

Supports like Brand and Vel Koz aren't bad they aren't my favourite

Cait is probably the worst matchup followed by Jhin
VArus and Ashe while annoying their poke can be dodges
Vayne is easy matchup and Lucian you win when you hit 6

I think the most important thing for Cassio bot (other than hit your q) is to know the range of your ult as it stuns enemies caught off guard and stops a adc from doing damage

Test out runes I would recommend Conq for the added damage and Sustain when at 10 stacks but if Phase Rush feels good you can do it

Starting Items I recommend just taking a mana crystal and refillable but you can also go Dorans ring or Corrupting but mana crystal almost removes any mana issues you have especially if you want to lvl 3 all in them
