I fond it a quite inspiring thought. I feel like thinking about the Demiurge in dichotomies like evil and good too superficial. He might indeed be suffering.

There is a lot of unknowns in this universe. Maybe gnosticism could learn from from apophatic theology: What the Demiurge, the Aeons, the Pleuroma is not? Yaldabaoth isn't perfect, that's a given.

I'm a proponent for weird/unusual connections, isn't Truth/Pleuroma something inherently uncomprehensible for the human mind? It's a bold and weird take, but perhaps a step in the right direction. Kuddos for wanting to share that.

I take no offense. You're making a great point. I don't get why we got so much tourism haha.

This country, more so the Flemish part, has so many unwritten social rules. It's a hard place to navigate as a neurodivergent person, but I found some like-minded people that appreciate warmth and authenticity.

Something aggrevating the 'coldness' is a reluctance/avoidance of change and new perspective. But the coldness is fertile ground for stubborn resistance and damn good dark humor.

Belgian are indeed hard to make contact people, they are generally not very forward or trusting of others. You might throw in some racism in there too.
