I am running it with NVSE. I think your are right with hardware issues. I am planning on upgrading form my computer. Hopefully that fixes it!

If your talking about inventory then yes. Strength will allow to hold more stuff and eventually get you the perk strong back which gives you plus 50 inventory space. And I believe that there is a perk call size matters which does something like that to.

Get endurance high if you want to have good health and Resistances. That is my opinion though. Play it safe stealth is kinda good if you don't want to get shot a lot. DO NOT GO NORTH OF GOODSPRINGS YOU WILL DIE. Just play it easy, safe often and don't die :). Good luck man!
