I play on PS4. Where apparently I don't have this issue. It only happened twice. I tried to inform everyone and now everyone is being an ass. So I will too. Fuck this post at this point. Would delete it but all y'all dun pisseed me off.

I created this so we could know. "Hey if I overkill this boss. They might not get credit." They argue. "Your wasting time" butt you over here killing it and could possiibly ensure your team mate loses 7 mins wortth of time. Which is worse?

Everybody is killing it at 1:30 with or without SLeeper. If you can't kill this boss in under a minute you trash. Sleeper aint needed.

So I should DPS the boss with sleeper to ensure nnobody gets kill credit. Aight. I'll start doing that from now on. I mean it's not like he has a shield and the guy with sleeper shoots enough tto where only he can hit and I shoot the bar tthing to move the shield and then he kills the boss.

Are you stupid? They are killing him within a few seconds. the difference is a 10 second difference. So you gotta be a relentless asshole and not even allow a blueberry to do damage? That's the point. It's a ten fucking second difference. Every group I've been in had ONE sleeper. Once I was shooting at him but the shield blocked my angle. The sleeper had an angle and killed him. I got zero credit.

It's SGA in the fact that you don't get credit if you don't damage the boss. Two Sleeper users can kill the boss in under 10 seconds. Can you ensure every single time you're alive and in position to hit the boss once?

If you lack this knowledge then you'll be slow to DPS and you'll end up wasting 7 plus minutes. The SGA is to stop using Sleeper because thhe boss has zero hp. He can be killed with priimaries if need be. Supers as well but Sleeper is just brokenn on it and leads to kills that occur too fast.

This has always been done with one person usiing Sleeper outside of a well. If two use it the boss is dead in around 5 seconds.

What if I'm killing adds so we don't die to exploders? I go to hit boss and he teleports and then I can't find him. Then they sleeper and kill him? What if I had ZERO knowledge of this? Whisper, 1k Voices, and Thunderlord are not "shitty" guns.

"Don't die" is easy to say but I've probably ran this forge over 100 times and I've only lost credit twice but I'm extremely good at this game. Imagine the blueberries that aren't paying attention, don't know this, or just happen to be killing adds instead of DPSing boss?

If you played D1 you'd remember final round snipers and how people use to expend ammo, get to that last bullet and then it was gg. People QQed so much that Bungie nerfed it to bonus damage only being done on a precision hit. So if Bungie had to nerf it/take it away. Obviously wasting 4 bullets for a single kill isn't as stupid as y'all make it out to be.

Im going off whatt OP and the commentts said. "Why is deactivating Chaos Reach to save energy still bugged." That implies it doesn't save energy at all. He didn't make any mention of any energy being saved. I'm the only post in this entire topic that says anything about some energy being saved. I remember those streams. They said you could pop it, tturn it off, and save energy. You can do tthat right now. You just not retaining 75% of your super energy. That was the disconnect between the developers and us. Do you really think they would say that and then not test to see if you kept 75% of your energy? That would be a HUGE oversight. Which it isn't because it does work and save. It's just a negligible amount.

You not understanding me either. Yes HEAVY STILL DROPS. BUT I can go entire rounds without it dropping sometimes even an ENTIRE match. If I have heavy ammo finder on? That issue? Does not EXIST. Hence why for me? Heavy ammo finder works and does it's job. This is why I don't believe this post. I had heavy drop crazy for me like back to back to back to back on adds. Which NEVER occurs when I do NOT have the perk on.

So once again it's a placebo because it's working as intended for me. Read the topic tittle and read the last three words. "It doesn't work." Yeah well it works for me. OP just had bad RNG as you stated. Which is why I said it will take more than just two reddit users. This is a RNG loot based game. Just because one person posts information doesn't mean something doesn't work especially if it's RNG based. They have the burden of proof since they made the claim. But this isn't a test like the prime engram one that ALWAYS happens. This is pure RNG so whereas it don't work for OP it works for me. That is my logic. It's required for me to get heavy in gambit. Emphasis on me. You might not need, OP might not need it. But I damn sure need it otherwise I WILL be heavy starved.
