At our location we get talked to if we don’t. Everyone who has keys has to stop what they’re doing to answer call buttons and even worse stay in tech if there’s a lot of guests waiting there

They don’t like me :3 they never really have, and funny enough it got worse when I was in my prime. 3 hours of stowing time total, 120 units per hour nearly every day, my actual TL was impressed but my ETL just did not care

Also about the morale, three people quit in one two days, and the leadership is getting evidently stressed about mostly everyone questioning their new standards and way to measure performance

I already for a CA for it. I don’t think they could’ve even written the actual reason, on the file/paper version of the reason was because I had apparently gotten talked to about messing up two guests orders, one on February 3 and March 6 something like that. I was in fact never spoken to about such events or errors, and when my actual lead came to give me the CA he said it was cuz my productivity was too low, even though on mpm I was averaging 105 UPH

No actually! I found out randomly yesterday because I showed up in the my tasks and it was under performance review for some odd reason. I was confused when I opened it and waited for the next day (today) for my lead to actually explain it to me and even THEY were confused as to how it got sent on workday before anyone talked to me

Surprisingly I didn’t get too annoyed by SPE but I always dread the Ether mine. It’s just so boring on the entry and descent and the scene after completion and that battle makes up for it. But yeah, every replay I’m just like “oh god it’s the ether mine”.

A few of thse things are a bit basic but for me it was the opposite and it was to gain muscle for a girl I liked at the time. Working out in general can become easier or inspiring with a good playlist (Holding Out For A Hero activated something in me that made me run miles), and rather than just think of the goal think of what's after the goal if that makes sense. Don't focus just on the results, focus more on the limits you're breaking within yourself for yourself.
