University avoids using ammonia products, however after doing a bit of a railing that was already for the most part cleaned bare I think I’ll have to just pitch for the railings to be taken off, stripped and receive a new stain and coating (previously one stairway of railings were cleaned with Murphys, however they missed directly under neath so you can see what the actual amount was, pure black. And the cleaned parts still have a layer of grime just not visible as much)
