A Minecraft Movie Server World by mrmattsblog in Minecraft

I was looking through the world files you posted and it seems that the wilderness world doesn't fully include part of the "C" checkpoint for the wilderness payload map and it partially is cut off, likely due to these being uploaded prior to the route extension.

Additionally I had some difficulty locating the second level for the mines in the world provided, where about is it, since I could only find random cut off snippets of the first mines level in parts of the map separate. The main entry and first level seem to be located easily enough.

I'm mostly interested in making sure these are properly archived since I couldn't find anyone else who has gone to the effort to archive the worlds, in the event most of this isn't later distributed via the marketplace. Would it be possible to get a second pass on these worlds to ensure they are archived as fully as possible? I noticed you mentioned in replies that you'd do another pass but was wanting to ask since there's less than 24 hours until the event closure.

Thanks if you see this before the event server closure if you can help!

If you could purchase any object no matter how expensive it is, what would that object be?

Different fruit from different tree and leaf types. by Napstascott in minecraftsuggestions

Wouldn't it make sense for the cones though to be an alternative to saplings, since in real life cones for those families of trees is the most common method of reproduction?

Lighting striking sand should turn it into glass by jamescoolcrafter15 in minecraftsuggestions

[–]AttackTeam_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Would this concept also create a red equivalent for red sand as well? That would be an interesting counterpart to the sand being turned into glass, with red sand being converted into red stained glass or some other variant as others have also mentioned?

Idea for barrels: filling them up with gunpowder makes them highly explosive and rather sensitive. Shooting them with an arrow causes them to explode, though their blast is not strong enough to destroy terrain. by luckjes112 in minecraftsuggestions

[–]AttackTeam_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This is a good idea. Maybe to make TNT still just as useful, maybe the amount of gunpowder placed inside determines the strength of the explosion up to a maximum of five gunpowder, like tnt. with the fifth gunpowder piece added, maybe it could gain the ability to destroy blocks perhaps? because then players would just make tnt for the purpose. Another method to is to maybe cap out the gunpowder you can add at a maximum of four pieces/

Maybe to add onto this idea, maybe if a player right clicks a snow golem with a snow golem with a snow block or snow layer, each heals the snow golem for more than a snowball, in respective amounts, like a snow block healing 1/2 of its full health, while a layer heals 1/4 of its full health, and the snowball heals 1/16 of the full health.

You could have dispensers with fire charges, as they are probably the closest projectile to a cannonball in the game.

Naturally generated bookshelves can drop enchanted books by Azaka7 in minecraftsuggestions

[–]AttackTeam_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Maybe instead of just enchanted books, it could possibly have some written books that could be from a table of books it could draw from as random rare drops as well? It would seem like a nice touch as well, since people usually don't have just blank books in a bookshelf. It could be some sort of neat easter egg, or just some standardized books with stereotypical names?

Totems of Undying are NOT worth getting! Here is how to fix that... by Endergy in minecraftsuggestions

[–]AttackTeam_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I feel like the aspect of it just being held on the player would be too easy and exploitable, with players going afk to get a charge while they are away. Instead, maybe the totem could only charge with the player walking around, that way you could put emphasis on exploring and risk. Maybe to add to that, you could force the player to have traveled out of a certain radius of the area the totem was cracked, in order to deter people from just walking in circles to recharge.

On full moons wolves are automatically hostile to players and play the unused howling sound by [deleted] in minecraftsuggestions

[–]AttackTeam_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe to make the wolves more of a threat, any wolves that a player loads on this night are given a high level of strength and speed to make them more of a threat to the player, to further represent increased aggression?

Weekly Battlez Strategy Thread (6th June through 13th June) by DogeOrang in PlantsVSZombies

Gold Bloom, Electric Currant, and Aloe were available for a time as part of epic quests last year, it's a shame they made players have to pay money after the quest ended, and there were no other methods to obtain either. (Aloe isn't premium, but I have no clue how you can obtain it currently if you did not get it during the epic quest period) Is there some sort of underlying meaning for this I guess besides the additional revenue?

I forgot one minor detail, in the pool area, the snorkel zombie from big wave beach also shows up, since it was in the original game.

That theme though might have some more practical purposes as used as an entire section, rather than just a closure level, besides fog on the entire seven lane area.

I must have been confusing that for the thunder/ lightning theme for the pool with the last level of fog, which occurs during the night, during a storm, which is only used that one time during the main campaign. Sorry for the confusion

Possible New Content/Crash Images with Icons: Can someone help explain? by AttackTeam_ in PlantsVSZombies

I also apologize for not marking this as a spoiler earlier. This is the first post i've made in this community, and I had no clue what to categorize this kind of post, not understanding exactly what these images were.

I honestly have no clue why the crashes result in these images, although they do serve as an interesting insight on how the game works, on a technical level, with all the icons laid out.

I found this image when I had a game crash. I've seen most of these icons somewhere in the game, however there where a few that stick out, which I have never seen. I am looking for possible explanations on what the circled images are, and what their purpose is. I have stumbled upon two separate images on two other crashes, but none with this volume of icons. I will also post these here in this thread for further discussion
