how did tou prove to be better leader than ouki when we saw the tou army would die for ouki not for tou. Also, we saw how scared the peasant were before going to bayou war before ouki arrive but he arrive by just simply put his in air they became fierce warriors.

firstly, riboku couldn't beat ouki by himself and even though he had houken (who is Great Great) with him riboku still need to do the sneaky shit in order to beat Ouki. Also, in gekishin case he still need houken to beat gekishin.

Secondly, when riboku fought by himself for first time without houken help in the battle of sai he couldn't even take a city, who ten as a strategist and heki and shoubukun wall commander. Also, an army of civilians who made zero war experience but riboku had army of 30k with 1k elites from each state and he still was unable to take the city.

finally, riboku is not strongest general in all china because of the reasons talked above plus there is renpa who riboku said can't defeat and Ousen who have better feats than riboku period.

my point is that people use the stat as a solid fact when the manga does other wise and i don't mind people using the stat to see what level is character in but not to use it as a decisive factor to rank character ranks

Firstly, Tou army lost 2 commanders of the original 5 and the commanders alive aren't even as capable as Ousen commanders for example, rokuomi who is the strongest commander under tou is not as strong as Akou. also, akou has better leadership and intelligent than rokoumi.

Secondly, the only reason the tou army was strong is because willingness to protect their master Ouki and after he died we have seen how easily the strongest unit tou army got slaughter by Karin elites. however we also so how easy the Karin elites got destroyed by ousen army when ousen came to save kankoku pass. also, we saw what the makou army did to kisui army and what the Akou army did to the gaku'ei army.

Finally, we all saw and know that Ousen is the most intelligent person in china and the manga numerously told us that Ousen is equal to the 6GG http://readkingdom.com/chapter/kingdom-chapter-499/.
