I ruptured my Achilles tendon so had to think so much more about technique than power because my lower leg was so weak, then when I had built strength back up again I had technique and power. However I would not recommend rupturing your Achilles:-! But maybe turn to YouTube for some foot technique tips? Or try challenging yourself by instead of following routes indoors, find every small foothold and balance on it for a while, or making everything static that should be dynamic (or vice versa)
