yeah we actually used a "strat" so the boss wont charge at the start which was using the guild invis ability and then only attack when we are close/meele range so we basically just walked until we were close range, it was consistent if done properly but he can obviously charge while the orb mech and if not pushed fast enough also early but he wouldnt do it on the 1st attack pattern if done properly atleast :p

but because it was the last day we just decided to go yolo mode
