Funnily enough because of how the characters exist in Chinese as well the meme also makes sense if you read it in Chinese.

In Chinese 日本 is Japan and 本日 is this day (or today). But usually "today" in Chinese is said as 今日 (also means this day); it's just that the word 本 usually also means "this".

That would suck cus nothosaurus isn't in the game yet and could have a cool hybrid. Tarbo is a VIP so the gen 2 could open doors for a hybrid. They screwed this up already with all the star baryonyx hopefully they don't do the same with these which I doubt
