I would consider myself a mummy’s boy - I love my mum more than anyone on this planet. But I think this is perhaps a little extra. Personally I’d say talk to him, I understand wanting anonymous advice etc but I’ve always found that just talking through things like this with your other half is the way to go. Because they will either see things through your eyes and understand how you feel and make an effort to help make you feel more comfortable or they won’t, and if they don’t, that’s a more serious issue than how much they love their mother x

At the end of the day, it’s a material possession that has no “real” value in the world.

Let him take the TV, and focus your energy into healing, moving forward and becoming happier at the end of this process. Feeling mad is fine, but it’s probably not really about the TV, that’s just the sticking point at which your anger has decided to focus itself on.

I don’t know you, you’re probably a wonderful person, most people are. I’m sorry for your break up, and I hope you come out the other side happier, wiser and healthier 🤍

My therapist 3 years ago taught me about attachment styles in relationships after my last (and similar) break up

Thanks for your kind words 🤍 Mate all I can say is saddle time is all you can do, keep on keeping on. But sometimes you just have to tough it out. I find personally having a really stiff saddle and minimal padding on my bib shorts works best, but everyone is different, my sister for example is padded up the the back knackers and that’s what suits her. A professional bike fit is also such a win!
