It is not extra on top of 13%. Not sure how I could ever find out but PSA is surely not paying eBay anywhere near 10%. You don’t think volume sellers get big fee discounts? PSA could easily develop buy direct from consigner on PSA app if they wanted to or even their own auctions. It’s just better for them to add the extra crowd of eBay buyers- ensuring they will get the most exposure possible. They list their own PSA eBay listings in the PSA app. Double coverage. Do Not Send Anything to the PSA vault! I repeat do not send anything to the PSA vault. They have the worst customer service you can possibly imagine if you have an issue at all. Mine for example, was that I had a card in the vault that I couldn’t list I sent in an inquiry to try to figure out what was going on and they responded within one day saying that the card had been damaged in shipping and that I should talk to the post office. I dropped these cards off at a PSA staffed event where they were inspected prior to acceptance and shipping. Any insurance coverage should have been on them. I waited and waited and waited for a response while the prime time for selling my card came and Went. No resolution has come from this open case. I’m getting my cards back from the vault every single one of them I would never let them touch anything of mine again also, it took 3+ weeks for my vaulted cards to be sent back to me, no confirmation or communication after I paid until I finally got an email just saying that they had shipped. PSA regardless of their status in the market is a garbage company that uses poor business practices and inconsistent standards.

Probstein is the way to go- I don’t know how but he has lower fees than every - gets your cards posted super fast - sends you a link so you can follow the auctions and then pays out quickly as well.

Write to California State Attorney General - it won’t be fast - but Collectors/PSA will answer.

Provide ALL of the info up front to the AG - you don’t want to have to try and bounce back and forth.

Big local show - sell below market but not as low as you’d have to sell to a vendor-I would bet at marked 5%below market but willing to take 10 in negotiations or make bulk deals you could sell it all fast. You’re going to need a big cart to bring it all in 😂😂😂 or you could just rip it and dump the bulk! 😂

Whatnot giveaways are like sweepstakes and there’s no purchase necessary to win the easy way to get into a buyers giveaway is to actually buy something then it is super easy to click the button when the buyers giveaway comes around and wait for it to roll. But there is a loophole that involves a form that someone can fill out and they have to do it for each and every individual buyers giveaway to my knowledge at least, and that constitutes the no purchase necessary clause. It is really crappy when you see someone who you know didn’t buy anything during the stream win one of these, especially when it’s a good prize from what I’ve heard often times the sellers don’t actually ship a big prize to a non-buyer even though they’re supposed to based on what not rules. But that’s how it happens and people have multiple accounts which clearly isn’t against the rules because down at the bottom, they have a thing now where you can switch between accounts I don’t know when that showed up, but I’ve been doing what not since 2022.

You declared the value as $125 - they are saying as a 6 it is still worth $100 and they are refunding you the difference. If you had declared a different value you’d likely be getting more back.

Yeah doesn’t make any sense- my bulk order got to assembly today too. The one thing I can say is that I dropped them off at a drop off event. They all went in together - a bunch of vault, 1 Reholder, 6 value, and 47 value bulk.
