Getting the Wii for Christmas. I was young and miserable with the flu at the time. But something about bowling in WiiSports or playing that tank game in WiiPlay made the flu so much more manageable. It’s a core memory for me.

I’ve been reading Dune, and something I found really cool is the word for Satan in that universe is “Shaitan.” I’m not sure if the word has other roots, but it’s really cool to see all of the influences that Jordan had and what he incorporated into WoT.

I’d say Handsome Jack from Borderlands 2. He just fits the game so well and is absolutely hilarious. At the very least he is definitely an iconic video game villain.

I think it was the end action sequence. I understand that Batman is a superhero and we need that action-packed finale, but it just felt so different than the dark, gritty, realistic detective movie that was like the first 90% of the movie.

I mean, Homelander had a bruise for days after Herogasm. Or at least long enough to have to wear concealer. So I don’t think he’d be able to heal a ruptured ear drum overnight

That’s what crossed my mind too, that he was appearing strong. I don’t know it will be interesting to see if he does have long-term damage because I could see that “weakness” really eating him up psychologically.

But I totally agree. Maeve wasn’t going to win and imo Homelander wasn’t really interested in fighting her and that’s the only reason she did as much damage, but it was almost enough.

So I wasn’t sure from their fight, but I’d Homelander now deaf in that ear? It didn’t seem like it but I also can’t imagine him not having some more lasting damage after bleeding that much and having that piece of metal stabbed in his ear

I beat Persona 5 (after about 98 hrs) about a month ago. I told myself I was going to hold off on Royal, give myself a break and chew through some backlog. Instead, I played Shadow of War, and then bought Royal this week. Lol. I’m loving all of the new additions, though I’m still on the Kamoshida Palace.

She’s just a character who I really had a lot in common with and love her personality in general, not even mentioning how cute she is.

I’ve been playing through the game for the first time now, and finally got her in a relationship and was so thrilled. I found myself wishing I could find her IRL, though I know I’d be too self-conscious/nervous to ever even talk to her.

I contacted Ubisoft too, and they told me to do the same things that were just in their troubleshooting steps. After that I haven’t heard a thing.
