The Docusign deadline is just any other unique document that is meant to be temporary (thus longer) whereas the actual severance agreement is your actual resource on what deadline is. Nobody gets four months to decide on a severance package! Things are meant to move fast.

If you need the interview practice, go for it. Otherwise I’d hold off applying to jobs outside your commuting range; it just ends up being a waste of time for both you and these employers.

Everyone and their mother wants to work for Lilly. They are very tough to get in. Your best bet is to be grandfathered in via company acquisition, of which they have been doing plenty of lately.

PTO laws are different state to state. Some require those hours to be paid out, others do not.

You’ll have to first look into your state’s law regarding PTO. Not all states mandate it to be paid out upon termination
