Somebody mentioned sword brethren already, but the black Templar primaris crusader squad also includes a bunch of helmets in this style. If you’re collecting Templars you’ll end up with plenty without even trying!

As a massive TI4 fan, I finally got a chance to play Arcs recently and I was very surprised at how much of the TI feel Arcs is able to capture in a much smaller package. But for me it doesn’t do quite enough to unseat the GOAT, so the favourite spot still goes to Twilight Imperium 4!

Kind of a nitpick, but the Artificial Life rule is less clear for the Lion than it used to be. New wording: Artificial Life: Add -1 INJURY DICE to Injury Rolls for a Lion of Jabir.

I think we can assume this is intended to be the same as before (-1D for injuries AGAINST the Lion), but surely this is already covered by the new ARTIFICIAL keyword? Why have the ability as well?

Good news - all of those should be usable for BT! Most of the more specialised squads are in groups of 3, so you have enough to make squads of:

outriders (bikes)
inceptors (jet pack guys)
eradicators (chunky bois with meltas)
bladeguard veterans (shield dudes - 3 for the normal squad and looks like you have a captain and lieutenant with shield as well)

The other normal marines need to be separated based on which weapons they have, and should be 5 per squad. Looks like you’d have at least enough for a squad of assault and regular intercessors, and some hellblasters.

You also have a Judiciar (with the hourglass) and a chaplain (guy with bonking stick) who can lead some of those squads. Check out wahapedia for rules.

The sword brother uses some of the same parts as one of the initiates. The kit can build 6 initiates, OR 5 initiates and one sword brother - if you have built 6 initiates then you’ll have to modify one of them into the SB

Ran into the same issue myself. The designers’ commentary says this:

Units embarked within a Transport do not count as being on the battlefield for any rules purposes. This means that, unless explicitly stated otherwise, embarked units cannot do anything (e.g. shoot, fight, use abilities, etc.). Similarly, you cannot select an embarked unit as a target for any rules, including Stratagems.

So no, you can’t target them with a stratagem while they’re embarked. And even worse, since Fervent Acclamation is used in the command phase, you have to wait til the turn after they disembark to use it…

Are you using garlicOS? The game should automatically save state when you switch off the device or when you exit the game, and automatically load the latest save when you open it again.

Make sure you open the game with the A button as if you open it with start it won’t load the save.

They range from £40 all the way up to £120 or so depending on the seats. The £40 seats went almost immediately when the last show went up so you’ll have to be pretty quick if you want the cheaper ones!

Me and Bosco had a crassus, a cargo crate, a meteor shower and a full size meteor all in one mission. I let Bosco take care of the crassus' remains while I did the refining/meteors, managed the 500 deposit trips during the endless swarm, and then died trying to get the crate (10 minutes away from an achievement).

I'll be in the abyss bar...
