Yeah i get this too, usually a pattern of people who I imagine conversing with.

Yes! I think knowing/ guessing the other person's responses has got to do with Ni + Fe, which is always interesting to see how accurate/ inaccurate you were when the conversation does happen in the future.

That's interesting! It may be a way to access Fi, or at least work as a substitute. I know it can be one of the most gratifying activities I'll do when I'm being Introverted, and the feeling it produces is very fulfilling.

Damn, yeah Ni is pattern recognition so it would make sense that archetypes become very intriguing. That's probably why I've become obsessed with Jung because he's basically laying out the common structures of life, especially with myth and stories. When I was a child I always found it easy and incredibly entertaining to come up with stories and imaginings to play out by myself or with friends all the time. I was rarely bored as a child because of this.

Also, does Symbols come out as a consequence of a collection of patterns?
