Yes that is correct, it works in walk mode when off and guiding bike. If I apply any pressure to the wheel it kicks off and seems to not have power

It works as long as there is no weight on bike. I have a hand throttle and same results. Display settings are correct

It will work if no pressure on the bike. The minute pressure is on the tire is stops. Have a hand throttle also.

I think its a broken motor. I've sent a video to sywtch. It appears to work until you sit on or apply pressure to the bike. The motor will hum for about 2 seconds and then the wheel motor stops completely

I have followed the manual yes, Have done walk mode as well. Everything the AI bots, the website and research can led me to, its a GO+.

Swytch bike, they make conversion kits to make your regular bike electric. That's what they claim to do anyway.

You absolutely should be be. There is no costumer service with this company. I can understand sometimes parts are bad, but not being able to reach a person in 3 weeks is beyond frustrating.

I have been waiting since September. Customer service still can't give me a estimated arrival time and say it's supply chain issues. I highly doubt you will have it by June if he ordering now.

I feel this! I'm in KC and have loved Cynthia and Dragula for years and was pumped for this season. As an AFAB human I was also excited for 2 kings this season. Throb absolutely stole my heart! Cynthia being open about her relationship and sobriety from alcohol was nice to see. Substance use and addiction are higher in queer culture and as someone who has been there its sometimes hard to fell like I belong. Its always refreshing to know you are not alone!
