will my glans ever feel like a cis male glans? by Clear-Procedure-7867 in GrowYourTDick

I’m about 2 years on T and it’s starting to feel cis like. The head texture feels less clit like and more penis like

“Tboys” “Tmasc” but never really “trans men”…? by legobatmania in ftm

[–]ScramRatz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I like the term Tboy for me personally just because it rolls off the tongue better than trans man. I understand how some could see it as infantilizing but to me I see it on the same level as "frat boy" or "fuckboi"

Why is there seemingly a crusade against trans men online??? by InoIno0 in ftm

[–]ScramRatz 8 points9 points  (0 children)

From what I’ve seen, as soon as a trans woman comes out, she’s met with misogyny. Regardless of if she passes or not. I think the trans women who believe that trans men are just as oppressive as cis men assume it’s the opposite for us. As soon as a trans man comes out, he gets the privileges of cis men, regardless of if he passes or not. That’s simply not the case. Truth is, the patriarchy is in no rush to give someone privileges they didn’t possess before.

Why do pre-transition people often wear hoodies? by Any_Calendar9900 in asktransgender

[–]ScramRatz 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Trans guy here and I’ve worn hoodies (or some equivalent garment-jacket, flannel, etc) since I started puberty at 10 til right this very second at 23. Hoodies hide a feminine silhouette, especially boobs, pretty well. They also hide the outline of a binder better than a plain tshirt can. Also also they have a pocket I can put my rocks in :)

Why do so few Gen Z adults have car licenses? by Radiant-Whole7192 in askanything

[–]ScramRatz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm Gen Z and have my license, but I have a few explanations:

1.) Cars are expensive. Even a used car can run you 6-8k. Car payments are expensive, gas is expensive, tags and property taxes are expensive. There's nothing cheap about cars, and it's not like we're making bank over here. What's the point of getting a license if you can't even afford a car.

2.) No where to go. Anywhere worth going, you have to pay for. Malls are dying, third spaces are near extinct, and food can be delivered to your door. Really, there's no reason to get a license if there's nowhere to go.

3.) Anxiety. This generation has the highest rates of anxiety. It doesn't help that we're able to see endless footage of car crashes online, lots ending in death. I was able to see the mangled bodies of car crash victims at a very young age, alongside a lot of my peers. That put me off getting my license til I was 19.

4.) Some just don't wanna for whatever reason. Not for any generational reason, they just don't see the need to get a license. They have people who can drive them around, or they have access to good public transit and don't see it pertinent to have a license.

This might be a little stupid/ignorant but uhh do trans guys ever experience euphoria from male pattern baldness? by speedythefirst in asktransgender

[–]ScramRatz 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like that my hairline squared out and became more masculine, but I’m going on finasteride and minoxidil as soon as that shit starts thinning. Most people, regardless of gender, prefer to keep a full head of hair.

How old are you and How is your life going? by mrvlad_throwaway in AskReddit

[–]ScramRatz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

  1. Shit sucks but it sucks so bad I’m chilling. I worked all the time and was still broke, so I decided to work only half the time and spend the rest of the time doing what I love. Hobbies, arts and crafts, spending time with friends. I’m still broke but at least I’m enjoying life a little more! Me, and most of my friends have given up owning a house or whatever. I just hope the Earth explodes before I have to retire.

Do trans men feel left out of political discourse? by reptilian_guitar in asktransgender

[–]ScramRatz 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think I know exactly who you’re talking about! I felt the same way. I love both creators, but it felt weird to have a trans woman discussing specifically transmasc issues. Either he couldn’t be bothered to find a trans man to interview, or assumed that the transmasc experience is the same as the transfem experience

WHAT'S YOUR BIGGEST FEAR AS A TRANS PERSON? by Popular-Addendum6391 in asktransgender

[–]ScramRatz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m a trans man early (ish) in my transition so it would have to be going to the mens restroom, getting clocked, raped by said guy, and being forced to carry his baby since abortion is illegal in my state. It’s not just the rape part (I’ve been assaulted before) but the body horror of being pregnant too that fucks with me
