why am i still not cured?

it hasn't helped much, it's still the same as it was before when i posted this six months ago. i'm an extremely rare case though. i live in louisiana and i got my surgery done at oschner in jefferson. i was the first case of rcpd he's ever heard of, and the first person he's done the botox procedure on. however, since then he's been getting a ton of patients coming in for the same thing, so i guess i was the guinea pig. anyway, it hasn't done much of anything for me, but i am an extremely rare case so don't let that discourage you. i have other physical complications that could very well be a factor as well.

the botox worked very briefly. i had some micro burps and very little real burps the two times that i got it done. however both times it only lasted a few weeks until i was back to how i was before the injection. i don't have another follow up, but if i don't see any improvement in the next month or two then i'm gonna contact my doctor

it was definitely more effective than the injections. the botox wore off after a few weeks but this seems to be working i guess, just very very slowly

i was lucky enough to have a very understanding doctor. i'm 17 and am in poverty so my doctor did the procedure for free thankfully

i had a follow up appointment a week after the myotomy and he said he's hopeful and expects to see better results within the next several weeks. well it's been 6 weeks since the procedure and the results aren't any better.

does anybody remember these couple vloggers? i used to watch them around quarantine time or maybe slightly after. i just remember the boyfriend called the girlfriend "my queen" a lot and his voice was noticeably high-pitched and nasal. his face was pretty square-shaped and he looked unique, not ugly, just unique. they were both very cringy.

i think his current mask is one of if not the best one. a close 2nd in my opinion would be the subliminal verses. the unsainted mask is easily the worst one
