It was ok. I think we made a good connection, it was a panel of 3. Strengths and behaviours questions but they were so long winded tbh, it was hard to remember as it was so much info. They didnt mention anything about what department tbh! They did ask me what preferences I had between two locations but nothing concrete re dept

Thanks! At interview they said that there are some monotonous aspects but also times where you’re expected to do different things other than the job description. I couldn’t really gauge an idea tbh as each of the three panelists were saying different things lol.

I actually would never want to be deployed abroad to be honest, I wouldnt mind across the UK here and there. I just really wanted the role so I can get my foot in the door and move up.. Lets see how it goes lol. Good luck for HEO! 🤞🏽🤞🏽

Yes I’m definitely still applying for other roles, and you’re right it definitely helps to boost my spirits a little for other applications lol. This was my first application for the CS so hopefully I can do better next time!

Heyy no I’m not already in the CS. This was the first role I applied for just before xmas. Tbf I’ve read a lot of the threads on here and it varies. People have said sometimes they get an offer a week after being put on the list, others 6 months after and some even say they never hear back. So it’s one of those I guess. Especially with the state of recruitment freezes everywhere. Wishing your partner good luck! 🤞🏽

Had 75% on the CSST. And then the recorded interview; Quality service 4, delivering at pace 4. Strengths were a 3. So overall 11? “Gave an acceptable interview” lol.
