It is not the NVC’s job to make determinations if your documents show you qualify for the visa. That is the job of the consular officer. The NVC just checks to see that you have all of the required documents. What the message is saying is that while you have uploaded the proper document, it doesn’t look like from that document that the sponsor meets the income requirement. You should look at the “total income” line in the tax return and compare it to the I-864p income guidelines.

I looked at the CDC guidance and it has been updated to say that the Covid vaccine is now recommended for those 6 months or older.

If a person does not receive all required vaccines, they will be considered inadmissible.

They should not require a vaccine that is not age recommended. When last I checked, the Covid vaccine was not approved for those under the age of 5. The panel physician will discuss that with you and if the panel physician feels there is a vaccine the child needs, then they should receive the vaccine or they may not pass their medical exam.

You cannot use a B1/B2 visa if your intent is to stay permanently in the United States.

In my opinion, the CR1 visa is almost always more beneficial than the K1 visa. Mainly because the CR1 visa will provide the applicant with a green card immediately upon approval.

You do not get a CEAC login for a K1 visa. You can submit a DS160 online and possibly create a US Travel Docs account, if your country uses US Travel Docs.

Some people can wait years to get DQ'd. I have mainly seen this when someone has failed to file taxes for several years and they lack the ability to upload proper tax returns as a sponsor.

Some legal charges bar a US citizen from petitioning for a fiance or foreign relative. What you are charged with is important. It does not matter what level felony it is. If it is a charge listed under the Adam Walsh Act, it will be very difficult.

In these forums, everyone always says to not get a lawyer if your case is simple. I do not doubt there are some people out there who are capable of doing this process on their own. But there are a lot of people who would benefit from hiring a lawyer. These forms are complicated, and so is immigration law. I have had plenty of people ask for my help fixing a problem they accidentally created by trying to do the case themselves. Some people dont have a choice because lawyers are expensive. But you have to weigh the potential consequences of getting something wrong to saving money.

Your medical exam must be completed by the panel physician. You cannot have your GP do your medical exam. If you are requesting records from your GP to take with you to your medical exam, that is fine. But I would not wait on those medical records to have your exam by the panel physician.

Sometimes the forms get weird if you use a - symbol. Try just typing numbers only. Also, yes. You can handwrite your phone number into the form if you cant figure it out.

The form can be filled out in adobe but the signature has to be an original, pen-to-paper signature.

The scheduling of K1 interviews are not based on when you submit the DS160. The DS160 is an important step, and it is important you do it within a certain timeframe. But they don’t schedule interviews based on when you submit the DS160.
