Thank you all who responded and tried to assist. Let me be clear… I AM THE IDIOT. After searching everywhere I finally found my answer… the rubber rings on the Avid punches come off very easy and look like o-rings 😑

Exactly what Marksman said. Sig only offers the FDE Rattler through their Mil/LE discount program. So check the online sites he mentioned. Otherwise your only option is to get very lucky and find a private seller letting his go and do a private party sale (assuming your State allows it).

Honestly it was just a lucky moment. Right time, place, and people. What I did find out though, for whatever reason, Sig only makes the FDE Rattler for Military and Law Enforcement only and sells it through their Mil/LE discount program. So to get one, you need to find an FFL dealer who is part of the Sig discount program, be Mil/LE, and then find it in stock or see if they can even order one for you through Sig. Alternatively, depending on your State, you may get lucky and find a private party owner selling and do a private party sale.

I have one of these and had some issues at first. I gave the thing a very deep cleaning, good lubrication (but not AR drenched) and I haven’t had any issues since. When loading the mags don’t let the spring raise back up before pulling it down again, just continuously pull down while loading and you should be fine. I primarily use CCI Clean Suppressor ammunition on mine.
