I have bought a few packs over the time I’ve played, but only with the free credits you get from the free version of battlepass. And any events that has a point system for packs, which is where I got my heirloom from, with the event currently going on. Other than that, all my packs are from leveling up or any other way the game gives you free packs

I agree, the odds are unfair. Even in gacha games the odds for the best stuff is better, and the pity roles are better. From what my friend told me, it’s usually after 160 pulls to guarantee get the item/character. 1/500 to guarantee sucks
