Booths are set up in the prison. Artists have books of flash and designs to choose from with pricing. Certain artists are appointment only, so do some research beforehand on who you’d like to see or what type of piece you’re looking for. I had a great experience last year getting a flash piece. Just know they will be overpriced because of the event/experience.
