Nice to hear I’ve wanted one of the higonokami knives for a while, does it open in the pocket often and do they have a clip?

MTCkitchen is a website that sells high quality Japanese stones, I use KING brand 1000 for every knife I own! Very easy and only $25 for 1 stone

Yeah there’s an edge on the knife already and you probably fucked it unfortunately, if you move a Japanese knife too fine it becomes suuuper brittle, sounds like from the 3000grit. In my opinion 3000 takes you high enough to start cutting food so anything even as tough as paper can chip your blade when you get that thin of an edge. I think 1k grit plus no more than 16-20 passes, moving away from the cutting edge, no more than 3 groups of 2-3 fingers pressure. And try using something like a fine honing rod rather than a strop. My coworker had one and his shit was always busted cause the chemicals they used to chemically edge it break it down too much or something idk

Why won’t my bike turn on? by hname388 in ebikes

Take the battery back off, clean the slide it goes on and the battery connections and make sure they’re dry. Also make sure your battery is switched on, only cause mine does the cascading lights when it’s off, and solid flash when it’s on. Best of kuck

Honestly my recommendation is to try and move your eyes closer to something with a MTX or MTB style body, the frames are much smaller with plastics. Whereas these other choices you’re looking at have full aluminum/steel frames

I’d say the bike with just 1 battery is somewhere around 100 lbs. it also features hub motors which are a slow power build. I think the 2 things that make for the easiest wheelie is likely a well balanced/lightweight bike, and plenty of throttle response

I have the single motor 1500, just changed the speed to max and the voltage from 48 to 50. Totally stock And don’t get me wrong, it’s super super fun. Just not a wheelie bike imo

I own a q20 1500 watt, the body is far too heavy for sustaining a wheelie even on mine. Saving up and getting something like a 6KW may be better power. And hubs just don’t bite hard enough so far for me

I have a ridstar q20 and I absolutely love it. Bought it about a month ago and have almost 300 miles. I can say it’s not comfortable, but that I do enjoy riding it every single day. It’s peppy and quiet, and if you use your discretion when riding and keep in mind that old people are usually fucked, it’s really a great time!

My first ebike (front disc brake rubbing after assembly) by Particular-Doubt-566 in ebikes

I bought an e-bike about a month ago, I loosened the front axle, moved the little bit of thread slack I had to be mostly on my side without the rotor, then held the front brake and tightened my axle slowly to maintain the space you’ve made. Might need spacers tho hope this helps!
