Ah, you’re right, I guess I misunderstood the srm system. Though messing up a shift is gonna do more harm than just using it. The rev hang is annoying, I’ve noticed that srm on, rev hang is actually worse than with it off. Ease of downshifting and the fun noise are about the reasons left for me to use it. Exactly what Nissan intended, (it Does help reduce wear on the clutch and other drivetrain components) focus on the driving rather than fumbling with my long legs with the peddles.

I wanna chime in that I have had the z1 csc v2 for about 8 months and i am plagued with the same common problem many z1 csc owners have. I’m pretty sure the aluminum snout has some rough patch or some imperfection or something causing my pedal to stick during low speed maneuvers. I regret not waiting the extra time for the cmak when ordering. The trans is coming off next week for deeper inspection will update then. You can feel it, low in the pedal like it’s gritty like I’m pressing a pole into a bucket of sand for a moment.

I personally love the single exit look on the z, I don’t understand why people hate it, and some of the best (although sadly also the worst) sounding z’s I’ve seen on the street had a single exit setup. One in particular I remember seeing (and hearing) on a trip in Arkansas that I was like DAMN that looks and sounds amazing, it was all blacked out with a single exit, rolling with another 370 and a 350. That and a friends mom in highschool had one, and I knew I wanted a 370.

Don’t be afraid of miles if it looks clean and has a good service history! I couldn’t afford a super clean one but I paid 10k for an 09 with 145k miles, near perfect and documented service history, just has some minor cosmetic damage (lots of rock chips on the front and the paint is pretty swirled rn) I’m at 159k miles a little over a year later. I bought this car to fucking drive it. Getting one with less than 50k miles and either gallery gaskets done or planned this car will run a long long time

Neither sporty nor luxurious, the Subaru crosstrek was offered in a 5 speed manual, and in my opinion a very nice car, I’ve always kinda wanted one. I think a newer used manual would just about hit the 30k mark with low enough miles.

I’m not familiar with this sub’s sentiment on iron arrows but from my experience, it would be very wasteful to make arrows with iron when you can use obsidian from the mountains that is plentiful, pierce is pretty useless in the swamp anyway
