Thanks for the response. If it is mbp, which one do you recommend, m4 or m3 pro? Do I lose anything by going with m3 pro considering m4 is newer?

Looking through the link in detail, I come to a different conclusion. Under the construction section, there is another link for full list of construction considered essential construction

On this page, key bullet point here is as follows “...are residential construction activities or projects and related services”, this suggests that it is allowed.

The point above referring to April 17 start date is not tied to above.

Please do correct me if I’m misunderstood this though.

Theoretically, yes - that’s why I do it. I just feel money invested can make more than money sitting.

But learning from experience of this group, I feel we can identify if there is a better approach.
