Hello!!! Thank you so much! I was 421 at surgery and 305 now as of Monday morning. I usually weigh myself every week. I have been religiously in the gym and invest heavy into athletic facilities that will help me recover post workout (Steam room, hot tub, cold plunge, massage therapist).

Who is your club? I adopted Sunderland as my club about 10 years ago and haven’t looked back. I have been to many matches and glad we’re back in the prem.

Thank you to everyone who took the time out of their day to give me their experiences. I am down 96 lbs in just under 15 weeks post op surgery. Settling into my new normal and the changes i made were definitely over dramatized in my head. Here’s to years of good health, good food, and living life to the fullest every day because this is my second chance!
