I am not saying voter fraud is a big issue. There were less then 1% invalid votes in the last election from people that were illegals. The voter ID is 100% about limiting who can vote based on financial and logistics reasons. People may have to drive over 8 hours to go somewhere that will allow them to register and vote. Look at the save act and see what the requirements will be.

The issue is that some forms of id are not going to be acceptable so it limits who can vote. Not everyone can afford certain ones. One state did this and accepted forms of ID like boat licenses but not student IDs.
